What happens if I go over the client limit? +

Your first 100 clients (Free) or 1000 clients (Pro) are scored. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade, or contact us for a higher limit.

Can I cancel any time? +

Yes. Manage or cancel from the billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.

Is my data safe? +

Yes. Everything is served over HTTPS, database passwords you give us are encrypted before they are stored, each account can only reach its own data, and we never sell your data. See our Security page for exactly what we do and do not claim.

How does the 14-day trial work? +

Full access to Pro features for 14 days. Connect databases, run models, see risk scores. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends your account stays on the free plan (up to 100 clients) until you upgrade.

Can I connect a local database? +

Yes! Use secure tunneling instructions or upload a CSV/SQLite export for instant access.

Do you offer refunds? +
