• Billing: Payment details via Paddle (we never store raw credit cards)

B. Ingested Data (Your Customers)

Third-party sources (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Stripe) may be connected to generate risk scores.

• We never sell customer data
• No training of global models without explicit, anonymized consent
• Your data remains yours; we act solely as a Data Processor

2. How We Use Information

• Prediction: Train custom Random Forest models for your business
• Insights: Generate Churn Risk Scores on your dashboard
• Communication: Security alerts, technical notices, retention insights
• Maintenance: Detect and fix technical issues

3. Security & Data Retention

• Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
• Isolation: Logical separation of your data
• Retention: Metadata & risk scores retained for trends

Soft Deletion: Data marked “Archived” immediately
Hard Delete: Permanent deletion available on request

4. Your Data Rights

• Access: View/export personal data via dashboard
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Right to be Forgotten
• Portability: Export reports in CSV/JSON
