By creating an account or accessing SaveYourClient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Accounts & Access

To access the features of the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

Important: You are responsible for all activity under your account. SaveYourClient will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the SaveYourClient services. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Upload data containing PHI or HIPAA-regulated data without a separate BAA.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.
• Send unsolicited spam or violate the privacy rights of others.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions: SaveYourClient offers Free and Paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our secure payment processor (Paddle).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Dashboard. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days to request a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are exclusive property of SaveYourClient and its licensors. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

SaveYourClient is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of predictions.

In no event shall SaveYourClient or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Access to or use of the Service;
• Conduct or content of third parties;
• Content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access or alteration of your data.
